Love this insurance program! Easy to work with, quick and responsive when adding or updating a claim.
I've only had this insurance for a short while (three months or so), and have nothing to say except what a very good decision on my part to add it. My husband and I have been thinking about pet insurance, but never really researched it until Pets Best came across my desk. No disappointments, quick in response, turnaround time is typically within one to two days. Policy is true to claim process and what's covered (or what's not).
Would highly recommend to anyone with a pet.

Reliable, dependable and super fast!
I would recommend Pets Best to everyone. This company is always wonderful. Our recent wellness claim was processed in less than one day. I do not believe there is another company that processes claims this quickly! Not to mention, the few times I have had to call customer service, they were so kind and caring and really took the time to listen and answer my questions. So very happy with this company.

Awesome Pet Insurance
I highly recommend Pets Best. All of my experiences have been positive. It is very easy to file a claim and they process it very quickly.

SCAM! Claims everything Pre-existing!
I got Pet Best insurance for my 3-year-old rescue dog shortly after I got her. I had their insurance for 5 months when she slightly tweaked her knee and tore her ACL 25%. Pets Best Wouldn't even cover the diagnostics visit let alone her $4,000 surgery to fix it!! and then they said they would no longer cover her good knee even though nothing was wrong with it just because it's considered a bilateral condition. This company isn't worth the time or money!!! We now have Hartville Pet Insurance and at least they are covering her good knee!!! This company isn't worth the time or money!

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
