Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

The coverage for the initial puppy visit was great. Since then, it has been lacking. I have the total package, the highest premium which includes wellness coverage. This package only reimburses for one visit per year while puppies need at least 6 visits- one per month during the first year. Also, puppies need numerous shots and workings during the first 6 months but Only the first shots and initial worming are reimbursed. The flea and tick medicine as well as the heart worm medicine are only covered once and those treatments are expensive and require monthly administering. So, I'm very dissatisfied with that coverage. I had the impression that reimbursement was 90% or better. Mine seems way off at this point.

We have had Pets Best for the past year and a half. The claim process is easy - upload your receipt, answer a couple questions, submit. I can file a claim in less than 3 minutes. Within 24 hours I receive a response via email and I have a check in hand 2-3 days later, depending on US Mail. They cover routine vaccinations and flea/tick meds as well as odd things that make us worry, like when our Bichon suddenly has an upset stomach. We'll be staying with Pets Best for our pet insurance.

I purchased this insurance for my puppy and after filing a claim I was amazed how fast my claim was processed. The customer service is outstanding and I am so glad I chose Pets Best and I would recommend this insurance to all dog lovers and owners.

This is my first time purchasing pet insurance for any pet and since I was adding another addition to my family I wanted to make sure I am able to take care of all her needs. I did my research and found that Pets Best was the best choice out there. Not only do they offer the wellness care plan but they do online claim submission which I think is awesome! I just enrolled and I've already recieved two reimbursements for Ella's vaccination and office visit! I definitely recommend. The whole process was easy and effortless!!
