Slow claim processing
Very disappointed in the claim processing time - took 12 days- first I was told because it was due to employees given time off- then I was told because of the high dollar amount of claim ($2400) it would take longer because a supervisor had to approve it- I chose this company because they advertised a much faster turnaround time- very frustrating- the claim was fully approved and paid , so I was happy about that but they just didn’t deliver on what they advertised as far as processing time- and I don’t really care what the reason was- in business you don’t make excuses- you deliver
