They covered a thing or too as they seen a thing or too!

I have 2 pets on Pets Best, one thankfully no claim, however, the rescue that came to me 2 months ago had an obstruction in July with a 2-day hospital, ALL COVERED minus the deductible! When people ask me if Pet insurance is worth is...oh heck yes! Pets Best is great to work with and I highly recommend them, I have another insurance but the cap is 5K for the year, with Pets Best it's unlimited! Big Thank you to Pets Best Insurance!

WOW!

WOW! I am impressed! I submitted my first claim over the holiday week and figured it would take a while to process due to it being the holiday and being the first claim that I have submitted for. It took only a week for them to retrieve the medical history and process the claim! This is awesome, I appreciate this so much because this is the last thing I needed to worry about due to an accident. Thank you, Thank you PetsBest!

Helpful.

Vet helpline has been very helpful every time I have called. Really helped advise me when my dog was vomiting on a Saturday evening. The claims process is very simple to use.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
