Easiest claims process ever.

This was one of the easiest claims processes I've ever encountered. It only took about 3 days and I did everything from my phone. Uploaded the receipt, answered any questions...it was very simple. Thanks Pets Best for making it easy.

Phenomenal experience with Pets Best.

I have had a great experience with the claims for my Bulldog. Unfortunately he has had significant medical claims and with the Pets Best benefits it has allowed me to get him well versus the alternative. He is only a puppy and I would not have been able to afford his care without the Pets Best policy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to get this fur kid healthy. Submitting claims and reimbursement is quick and efficient. Everyone I have talked to is super helpful and very informed. Overall experience with Pets Best is phenomenal. Thank you again!

Pets Best has been supportive through the treatment process!

Our dog, Finley, was diagnosed with an unidentifiable lameness earlier this year. Pets Best has been with us on this journey to help Finley get better and feel well along the way. They have been wonderfully supportive throughout the treatment process. They have been quick to process our claims and, if there is a question, they get back to us within a day or 2. Finley is much happier and, therefore, so are we!!!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
