I am super irritated with the quality…
I am super irritated with the quality and service of this company, I am paying MORE money to have all the right benefits covered to care for my animals yet, they aren't being covered as such, and the processing time is ridiculously slow.
Due to how dissatisfied I am with all of this, I will be switching providers. I am not paying you over $1200 a year to have all my pets wellness visits NOT covered. Ridiculous
