Never again with this Pet's Best
Should be called "Pet's Worst." They denied my first claim becuase my cat caught a cold twice in 1 year. I'd be surpised if they were objective enough to even post this.

The Best Ins For Animals!
My 9 week old Teacup chihuahua Bruiser and his brother 11 yr young Kilo Colon' are everything to me and I demand the best health for both! That's why I'm so grateful for affordable health ins that's honored anywhere! The best care for the best family members is right at my finger tips thanks to Farmers Ins and Pets Best! Love It!!!😘❤🐕🐅 I always recommend it to every pet owner that I run into.

Not fast on claim reimbursements
I called ahead before getting pet insurance to verify all her first year shots, spay all those things would be covered. I also asked about her umbilical hernia, they said turn it in but it might not be covered, since prexisting, it wasn’t so not too surprised. The issue I have is I turned everything in the day of claim, and my vet sent all medical records within one week, it still took around three weeks to get reimbursed, two phone calls of babysitting! So the 5-10 day turnaround is not accurate. I sell this insurance so I wanted to try it, not real happy with customer service and follow through.

Pets Best is the Best!
Pets Best was wonderful and I would highly recommend them. They are always helpful and compassionate and quick to settle claims. I had a puppy who was diagnosed with kidney problems and Made it so I could give him the best care possible for his short life
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
