Pets Best is easy and friendly to work with.
Pets Best has always been very easy and friendly to work with. Our dog has a degenerative disease and they have been amazing at processing any and all claims quickly and when extra information was needed they reached out via email and phone. I highly recommend Pets Best!

Pets Best was very good.
Pets Best was very good with the claim processed for the death of my pet. Although the claim was not paid, they did pay the cremation fee and applied it to my monthly bill.

Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
