Don't trust them - Total con! They just steal from you.

Total con. I was basically stolen more money than "given" for claim. The policy I picked said it covered spay/neuter. I got $150. What? Should have just kept the $1,000 I gave them in a savings account to cover everything that they wouldn't. They wouldn't even cover the cone for after surgery. $150 was nothing. Didn't even pay for her flea/tick and heartworm meds. Why pay for this when you get nothing from them?

I have to say I’m greatful for this insurance! My pup got a skin infection and they have been quick in reimbursing me.

Satisfied with claims process

Our pet, Lily, receives immunizations and routine physical exams and is a healthy little chihuahua mix. Pet's Best always handles these claims with no problems. Lily recently needed a dental cleaning and we were pleased to see that this more complex procedure was also processed to our satisfaction. We are happy with our choice of pet insurance. PetsBest is an excellent company. I've always been paid in a timely manner. When I call regarding my claims the customer service people are ALWAYS courteous, and helpful...No recording message with menus !!! a real person. Thank you PetsBest.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
