Claim was processed quickly.
Wellness claim submitted for neuter microchip etc. Some glitches with paperwork my Vet gave me to submit so had to re-submit part of claim which was frustrating (not Pets Best fault). In the end claim was reviewed and processed very quickly.

Filing claim was easy and quick.
My 12 week old puppy went in to have his next round of shots, heart worm prevention and flea meds. Filing the wellness claim was very easy and only took a couple of days to process. Highly recommend Pet's Best!

As easy as 1, 2, 3! Visit the vet, scan in your receipt and receive your deposit. I am very please with my first transaction using our wellness benefit for Mr. Watson! Pets Best is affordable and their customer service is spot on!
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.
