I have submitted several claims for my dog, after one month their website has 'processed' next to all my claims, when I opened up detailed information, it said that petsbest tried to contact my vet but were unsuccessful. So, I called my vets' department of records, and they told me no-one has ever contacted them from petsbest regarding my pet. Well, I authorized the release of information to petsbest anyway and called petsbest. They said they would contact my vet again. Two weeks passes by, I call petsbest, they tell me that all my claims are closed. Nevertheless they kept charging me money for their lack of services. Extremely unprofessional. Stay away from that company, as they will make sure to charge you money but give nothing in return.

Fast Service
I had to submit my first claim with Pets Best and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was able to get my reimbursement. I unfortunately will have more claims to submit because I just learned that the mass removed was malignant, but this is why I took out pet insurance in the first place. Thank you for such prompt service!

Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.
