Claims process is very easy.

This was the second claim I filed this year. And each time the process was very easy. And the response and claim payment was very quick. Even on the last claim...when there was a delay, I was notified by email of the delay.

It doesn't get much better than this!

I purchased the additional pet wellness plan and our first well visit cost $53. Filed our claim by using the app and taking a photo of the receipt and we received $52 back. It doesn't get much better than that!

I never imagined filing a claim would be so simple and so fast. I was very unsure about getting coverage for my pet, at this rate I would tell everyone dont hesitate!

What is taking so long to contact the vet to get my reimbursement from u

Every one seems really friendly but it’s been several weeks since I sent in a claim n it’s still listed as processing When I called the lady said they only needed to call the vet s office. It’s taken a long time

I’m still a new member

I’m still a new member. I have filed wellness claims 3 times and my claim has been processed very quickly. I haven’t had to use them for sick or injured care, but I would imagine they are equally as quick. Looking forward to a long relationship with ‘Pets Best’!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
