Delighted with Pets Best.
I took my puppy to the vets on a Monday for her final round of puppy shots. I got a detailed receipt from my vet and submitted it via the mobile app as soon as I got home. In addition to submitting my bill I also setup direct deposit. I was very delighted to receive an email saying my claim was being processed the next day. I received my refund on Thursday and couldn't believe the great service provided by Pets Best Insurance. I highly recommend.

Pets Best is wonderful!
This was my first claim filed with Pets Best and they were wonderful! The process couldn't be easier, and the amount was applied towards my deductible. We had to visit the vet again today, and it was so great knowing I have Pets Best on my side.

Claim response and service was excellent
My dog had a "fever of unknown origin". Her temperature and white blood cells were extremely high. We incurred a huge amount of vet bills, reaching our maximum benefit in two weeks. PetsBest response to the claims I filed was beyond all my expectations. They were prompt (less than a week) and precise. I thought I might have some trouble with reimbursement from the insurance company because, since my dog was so ill, my claims were quite large and used up all of our benefits in less that two weeks. But, every penny was paid in full, and quickly. The kind folks in the Chat Room were extremely helpful with their explanations and their advice. I can't say when I've had a better service experience anywhere.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
