Always unable to resolve my claims.
I have four dogs. My oldest is going to be 6 in December. I’ve always had my dogs on insurance and I’ve never had such an issue getting claims resolved. They’re always unable to obtain the necessary information from my Vet, yet no other insurance company has ever had an issue.
They’ve closed all of my claims because they weren’t able to get vet records. No other company has ever ever had this issue. Obviously they’re unwilling to put in the work to retrieve the information they need. They just give up. On top of that, there are no additional phone calls or notifications that the claims are going to be closed. They just close them and then of course I have to go through a phone call that takes way too long and an entire process in order to get them reopened.
Now, they need some sort of itemized receipt for recent services. I don’t understand why I have to do something I’m paying them to do. I completely regret switching from Figo.
I’m 4.5 months pregnant, work full time and also go to school full time, did I mention I have 4 dogs? I don’t have time to be on the phone with them or help them do what they’re already paid to do.
