Extremely easy to file a claim
Extremely easy to file a claim for my dog's most recent vet visit. I was able to upload my bill via the app and submit the claim in just a few minutes.

Mo's claim
I am very happy with the speed of the evaluation. My only concern is that I circled the amounts on the bill that I was claiming for the infection in Mo's foot and you evaluated the entire bill. I did not try to claim for the routine service that was on the bill. You made it look like I was asking for all of it. I was very clear on the amounts I knew were covered.

Affordable and Fast Turnaround on Claims
I submitted a claim for my little girls first visit and the turn around time for them to process it was very quick. All you do is scan in the receipt and upload. So easy!!! Not to mention the visit cost me next to nothing which I am grateful for because vet visits can get costly. As people we have insurance to help with the cost and I think this is so great that they have insurance for animals now too. Pest Best is affordable and I will get my moneys worth just in well visits alone. I hope I never have to use it outside of that but it is comforting knowing I have it should something awful occur.

Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
