Satisfied with the process.
I was satisfied with the process. Only thing they didn't cover for spayed. I understand, they did notify me to let me know my was a little delayed but besides that it was very good. This is my very first claim since being a member for years! I'm

Pets Best gives me peace of mind.
I've had Pets Best for both my dogs for over 8 years. So happy with ease of turning in claims (vets do it for me) receive prompt feedback and or payments. It makes the emergency vet visits not as painful since I know we are covered. It also helps me financially care for my dogs. Thanks for being great and giving me peace of mind especially with aging pets.

Prompt claim resolution.
I really appreciate the prompt resolution of claims submitted for our dogs Hannah and Whitney. Having the prompt resolution of claims submitted has eased the stress of having cumulative medical bills for 2 dogs at the same time. Thank you!

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
