Pets Best went above and beyond.
Filing the claim was very easy. I uploaded the vet bill invoice and noticed there was no diagnosis included. I listed the diagnosis myself and later found out from my vets office that Pets Best Ins took the time to call my vet to verify the diagnosis instead of just denying my claim! They went above and beyond and I am very grateful. I have been very pleased with the expeditious payment on my claims.
