I'm very happy with my first claims experience.
It would have been nice in the email or online to see the amount I was being reimbursed (maybe I just missed it somewhere?) instead of waiting for the payment to clear, but overall, this was a minor inconvenience and I'm very happy with my first experience!

Pets Best is informative.
My latest claim was only for refills of prescriptions for an ongoing medical condition. I received a notice that Pets Best was notifying my vet for additional information. I appreciated this information and my reimbursement followed shortly after.

Rapid response!
My Vet filed the claim while still there and within a day I knew it was being processed then the next day payment was sent to my Bank Account! That is rapid response!!

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
