Pets Best provides us comfort.

We like to travel and as a pet owner it is comforting to know our pet will be covered wherever we go. Thanks to Pets Best, we are able to afford the care our pet may need, while traveling and at home, in case of an emergency.

Easy to submit claims.

The process of snapping a picture, of my receipt, on my phone than hitting submit was so easy I did it while at the veterinarian's office. My claim was received and processed within a day. I received my check within 1-2 weeks.

Representatives go above and beyond.

Pet's Best has always been highly responsive. Representatives have gone above and beyond and I believe I have been treated fairly throughout my years with the company. This claim was no exception. Customer service was extremely helpful and went above and beyond and my claim was handled to my satisfaction and promptly as always.

Pets Best is the absolute best insurance.

I have had difficult situations in the past with insurances that I didn't feel served me well.. Pets Best is the absolute best insurance I have ever had. I am extremely happy with it- a loyal customer. My claims are always covered for the most important thing in my life.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
