The claim was processed very quickly
The claim was processed very quickly. I was so worried about my baby and for Pets Best to process my claim so quickly ease some anxiety. Was sent to them on a Saturday and by Monday it had been processed and reimbursement was pending in my bank. Can not ask for anything more. Just a great company to have looking out for you and your pet.

This insurance is worth the money
This insurance is worth the money. Austin is a rambunctious, busy Italian Greyhound. It's nice to know that we have some insurance to help if he needs it in an emergency.

Very fast response and payment
Our claim was pretty straightforward, our dog swallowed a rock. The response to my first claim from the vet office was very fast. And the payment for that one and for the surgery he had came extremely fast. We were very pleased

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
