I am absolutely delighted with Pets Best for my Dog Sherman! I have had this insurance for a year now and I have not written a review because i wanted to wait and really give my full experienced review. I have to say they have been very honorable, and Sherman even had to have a broken tooth fixed amongst a few other unfortunate illnesses over this past year and Pets Best has pulled through for me without a Doubt! I highly recommend them, they have been a saving grace to my bank account and have helped me provide the care needed for Sherman. I researched and I was overwhelmed and stressed out by having to choose pet insurance and I really feel I choose the right one. Thank you Pets Best.....! Rest assured Pet owners you will be happy with this company as I am and my Chocolate Lab Sherman is!

I know nothing about insurance, but knew I needed to get it for my puppy just in case. It was honestly the best decision I ever made. Whenever I have questions - which is a lot of the time - I sign onto my account and chat with the customer service team. I get clear answers that I can understand and an email of the conversation sent to me. I've never had a problem or a situation where the customer service representative didn't know the answer. They are so helpful. I also love how much they cover. Between the monthly flea, tick, heart worm, and getting my dog spayed - the amount I've been reimbursement is incredible. I can't express how much I appreciate and love this company.

Easy to file and payment was very quick

While we have not had to use your services often (thank goodness :) ), when we have, you have always exceeded expectations! Our most recent experience with an intestinal obstruction in our dog was the scariest and most life threatening issue we have had to deal with and submit for insurance coverage. We used the website while at the ER to determine our coverage which helped us make a quick and life changing decision for our pet. The website and coverage was easy to navigate to find information and to fully understand our benefits and out of pocket costs. The online claim submission process, communication while processing and payment timelines were simply outstanding. Our claim was reviewed and approved in 48 hours with payment in 3 days (during a holiday week!)
