Great Insurance!

PetsBest Insurance has been such a blessing for us with our 9 month old puppy. All claims are processed quickly and our payments even get direct deposited into our checking account! We have the wellness portion also so immunizations are even covered. I highly recommend this insurance for your pets.

Pets Best has continued to cover what…

Pets Best has continued to cover what promised. I have only had my puppy for 6 mos. so thankfully I have not needed emergency care but they have covered everything they said they would cover. Most times it has only taken a couple of days for payments to be received and one time, it took 7 days. All in all this insurance program has been a good one.

Awesome customer service and follow up.

Our experience with Pets Best has been so positive. I have never used pet insurance before but I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested. We unfortunately have had to deal with major health issues with our dog and our claims have always been handled immediately with follow up from this company.

Claim was processed quickly.

Again, within a short time, we were able to put in a claim, It was quickly done much to our relief. The first claim, due to stones surgery, was in Jan. and the second, a back problem, just this month. I thank you and Sponky thanks you!!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
