The whole process was so simple and easy
The whole process was so simple and easy. I logged on to the app to research "how to file a claim" and discovered it was as easy as snapping a picture of my detailed receipt, answering a few questions and clicking submit. I got immediate notification that my claim was received, got an email a few days later with the explanation of benefits and payment was in my account shortly after that. It is so reassuring to know I no longer have to worry about taking my darling doggie to the vet. Thanks Pets Best!

Pets Best is the Best!
This was my first claim with Pets Best and I couldn't be happier!! It only to 3 days to process and a check is in the mail.

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.
