All I can say it is a very easy process

All I can say it is a very easy process to upload vet bills and notes and wait for processing. I have used this company for over a year now and this last claim was processed the quickest yet maybe 2 - 3 days tops.

Pets Best is truly the BEST.

Pets Best is truly the BEST. The website is extremely easy to use from adding another pet to submitting a claim, it just couldn't be any easier. The claim process is user friendly, the way in which the decision was reached is also easy to understand and payment was in my mailbox within days. I have recommended Pets Best to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

I will use Pets Best again

We had to say goodbye to our best friend, Boba Rex. I was unsure of whether or not euthanasia/cremation was covered under our policy but sent in anyway. I was waiting to cancel the policy for him until I received word on his final claim. I was surprised to see the majority was covered, as well, as then Boba Rex's pet's policy was cancelled and we were given a prorated refund, which I did not expect. It made the whole process of having to deal with putting my dog down so much easier. Thank you. I will continue to use Pets Best for my other animals.

Appreciate the speedy response

We received the check within days of submitting the claim. We appreciate the speedy response. Do think the premium is way too high. It has increased so much over the last couple of years that we may have to drop it.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
