Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

After spending thousands of dollars, and losing our Corgi to cancer two years ago. We researched pet insurance for our other two dogs. We are so glad we chose Pets Best. Claims process is super-easy, direct-deposit reimbursement is convenient, and we feel like it's a good value. Our first year we only used it for partial reimbursement for some wellness items (vaccines, flea/tick, heartworm, blood work). This year one of our dogs was diagnosed w/a heart murmur. Initial testing and specialist bill was very costly & his monthly prescription meds are $140/mo. With our 80% reimbursement, the plan is now paying for itself. Very happy with Pets Best insurance.

It's so easy to file claims with Pet's Best, I think my dog can do it lol. Great rates and customer service, I can't go wrong with them.

After a negative experience with our vet and their being completely unwilling to work with us on payments for treatment of our dog (we had been clients for over 20 years in good standing). My daughter recommended Pets Best insurance as she has it for her dogs. We have a new dog, new vets, and a Great insurance company! We will never have the terrible experience again! Recently, I had to submit a claim and to my pleasant surprise, the claim was settled within 8 days. I have always received prompt and professional service with this company and recommend them to any pet owner.
