Very user friendly!
Very user friendly! I am not the most technically knowledgeable person and they have made it super easy to file a claim! I am so glad we are with Pets Best Insurance!

Exemplary customer service!
My dog, Hero has Epilepsy.....he has to have constant refills for his prescription. The Customer Service has, and I'm sure will continue to be EXEMPLARY! I never have a problem getting reimbursed.

Couldn't Be Happier!
My Doberman Pinscher is 8 months old and we have been battling a strange mass for a few months now. Pets Best has paid every single claim, without questions, for her initial vet visit, diagnoses of the mass, biopsy, surgeon consult visit and lastly, surgery. I am very happy with their service and the fast payment of the claims.

Peace of mind.
I had my dogs surgery done on Wednesday. By Friday night, the claim was settled, and they paid as agreed.
This is, unfortunately, not the first claim I have had to make for my dogs, and Pets Best has always came through. Their customer service is amazing, also. I highly recommend.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
