Quick and efficient reimbursement.

Filing a claim is simple and easy.
Filing a claim with Pets Best is a simple, and easy process. The submission of claims can be done in less than 5 minuets. I immediately receive an email telling me it was received plus you can check the status of a claim at anytime online. Claims are processed quickly without much involvement from my side.

Love this process.
I am a co-owner of a pet. I was originally worried that because the Vet's invoice was in my fiancé's name and my name is on the insurance that the claim could not be filed. However, I was able to chat with a representative and they assured me that I could still file the claim. Being able to take and upload a photo of the invoice made it so incredibly simple. Love, love, love this process!

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
