Outstanding!

Could not imagine what we would do without Pets Best Insurance. Our Chico got very ill this summer and the veterinary bills just mounted. Having Pets Best Insurance helps enormously. Every time I have had to call, the operators were friendly and very knowledgeable. Can't thank you all enough.

Speedy service and quick reimbursement

When I took out this insurance, I was hoping I wouldn't have to use it. But my beloved Sadie developed a mass on her gum that was removed and diagnosed to be a malignant melanoma. I was heart-broken and the bills just for the diagnosis were high. I submitted my first claim and was amazed at how quickly Pets Best responded - within a week I had my reimbursement. The last claim was processed and I had only sent it in two days ago. Very, very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone.

Quick response on claims.

Very happy with the quick response I received to my claims. Just found out by logging into my account that the last two claims were processed and am awaiting for my bank to receive payment. This was less than a week! The quick response helps so I can pay off the card that I used to pay for Sadie's care. Thank you!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
