Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

The claim was processed very fast! My claim was a small amount, and it went towards my deductible so I didn't get reimbursed, but regardless I was still very satisfied with the speed of the process! It makes me feel better that if an unfortunate bigger illness or injury were to happen that was much more costly (::knock on wood:: that this doesn't happen!) I would be at ease knowing that we would have one less stress off our shoulders and could focus on our dog! :)

The claims process was very easy. I uploaded the documents, was able to check the status on the website and when the claim was completed the EOB was emailed to me.

The only thing I did not like was that I had a follow-up appointment with our regular doctor after the emergency room visit and the computer system would not let me upload any more files related to that claim. I had to open up another claim which should not happen. You should be able to add all documents to the existing claim even though payment was issued. thank you

A good friend told me about Pets Best pet insurance. Wow am I glad I signed my cat Izzy up with them!! GREAT rates! They actually have an option to not only have the normal "accident and illness" but also to have routine care as well. We all know that not all animals get sick, but the normal route care adds up. Yes, no one wants the extra expense each month for insurance for an animal but when they cover even the routine care alone it is worth it. The customer service is amazing!! Whether it is ont he phone or even chatting online, they are fast and extremely nice!! I highly recommend choosing Pets Best if you have an animal. Anything can happen and knowing you have insurance to help it great!!!
