The claims process was very easy
The claims process was very easy. Prompt payment and direct deposit is wonderful. I feel the non-payment of certain items on a bill should be explained more clearly.

Process was easy, simple and fast
Process was easy, simple and fast. I am hopeful my premiums will not increase with my pet insurance as they always seem to with any other insurance once a claim is filed. Thanks for the great service.

Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
