Easiest transaction

In August of this year my little kitty got sick got wonderful care from her vet. However it took some time for me to actually sit down and turn in the medical bills for my reimbursement only because I thought it would take a long time and it would be arduous. However to my thankful surprise Pets Best was the easiest transaction I could have ever imagined! All I did was upload the billing statements from my vet to Pets Best Within 24 to 48 hours my claim was processed and reimbursements had been forwarded to my banking account. I am so grateful to Pets Best.

Super fast

Our Gracie had developed a hot spot and had to receive an allergy shot to help it heal. Pet's Best was super fast with the claim and paid 90% of the cost if the shot. It was super simple to file and we are very satisfied with their customer service experience. Thanks!

This is my second pet, my first experience with insurance didn't go well. Pets best has been great, it has been simple, informative and quick (the whole process took about a week) I am very pleased.

Pleasantly surprised

This is the first time I have had pet insurance and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and the quick response. I purchased the wellness pack knowing our puppy who just turned a year had his annual vaccinations coming due as well we needed to get him neutered. We did everything in one visit, snapped a pic of the invoice to submit with the online claim and in a couple days I received notice that the claim had been paid [direct deposit to my bank account] along with an explanation of what was paid. I'm very ?? happy.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
