Amazed at quick claims handling time!

I am still amazed at how quickly my claims are handled and paid! I had another insurance company for my last pet and it was a nightmare trying to deal with them. Took months to get reimbursed. So so happy I did my research and decided to go with Pets Best for my puppy. I have recommended your company to several friends and relatives. Thanks to all of you for a job well done!!

Took a chance on pet insurance.

I was not sure if I should get insurance but I took a chance and within 2 months one of my dogs tore his ACL. This could have broken the bank for us and been a difficult time but pets best has made things much less stressful.

I have had Pets Best Insurance for my…

I have had Pets Best Insurance for my dog for the past nine years. They have given me nothing but exceptional service over those nine years. I have submitted three claims during that time. They have always been prompt and courteous with reimbursement and an explanation with regards to the reimbursement. It gives you peace of mind to have a company backing you when your pet is faced with a medical emergency.

I will always choose Pets Best.

My baby, Nicholas Bradley, had been insured with Pets Best since he was a pup and Pets Best was recommended to me by his breeder. Pets Best has always been so good with Nicky. Nicky passed away a week ago due to congestive heart failure and it was necessary for me to make the decision to let him rest. It was the hardest decision I ever had to do because to me he was still so young. Pets Best processed my claim and when I was about to contact Pets Best to cancel his policy, I received an email a few hours later that he policy had been canceled. It wasn't a form letter, or at least it didn't seem to me. They notified me of the cancelation but they also acknowledged my sorry and grief of my loss. For that I am grateful. I still have my Sara Willow with Pets Best. I pray she will live a longer and healthier life. If the time comes where I can open up my heart again to another fur baby because I would like to, I will always choose Pets Best for my fur babies' needs. Thank you.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
