Shortly after becoming a client I was slammed with incidents with both of my dogs. I filed 3 claims in less than two years. All of my claims were quick, painless and adequate. I had my vet send in the claims which I would suggest people do as medical nomenclature and accurate discriptions of procedures are sometimes not articulated properly by non medical personnel. There were a few gray areas in my mind but after reviewing my contract I found all my claims were processed in a very timely and efficient manner according to our contract. I find the peace of mind provided by insurance with a company of integrity is priceless for me as my animals are family.

My recent claim was a visit that was a combination of spay and illness. When claim was received, it was obvious they did not put the illness part of the bill toward the deductible, nor did they pay any of it. I received $50 less than expected, and not sure why they came to this solution. Otherwise, claims are always received quickly, I am very pleased with that.
