Claim handled promptly.
When making a decision as to which carrier to use for pet insurance, your company was the easiest to understand re: what is covered and what wasn't. My claim was handled very promptly.

The process is so easy, just log into your account and click on claims. I received a response and payment in a very timely manner.

Pets Best is responsive.
Once again, Pets Best was responsive and very clear in its communications about my recent claims (Sept. 2018). I am especially impressed by the special emails sent out alerting customers that there would be a slight delay in processing due to heavy volume. Hope that's due to increased business!

Only positive experiences.
Now with both of our two corgis, Corky and Tasha, insured with Pets Best, we have only had positive experiences. Corky is no longer with us and we hope to continue to maintain Tasha, a rescue, in the best of health.
Monthly Cost

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
