Very prompt in replying to all phases…

Very prompt in replying to all phases of the claim process and responsive to any inquiries I have had regarding my claim. I am very pleased with Pest Best. This is the first time I've had pet insurance and wasn't sure what to expect. Pets Best came highly recommended from my vet office, who I highly respect, and it's been a delightful stress free experience.

Fair reimbursement terms and premiums

Fair reimbursement terms, competitive premiums, and thorough coverage provided. If I have another pet, I will use Pets Best again. Having this insurance has given me the peace of mind that I am able to do the best thing for the health of my cat.

Thank you Pet’s Best!

Once submitted, my claim was approved within 48 hours! Very straightforward processes. Only reason I did not give five stars is due to the lack of pre approvals. Knowing my dog’s surgery would have been covered ahead of time would have been extremely helpful.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
