I have been with PetsBest for 15years
I have been with PetsBest for 15years. 13 years with my late Pug, and the past Year and 1/2 with my rescue Doodle Camelot.
I love this company and would never change.
My only word of advice to consumers, is Read Read Read the Policy.
Things vary state to state, and any appeals based on state,, at least in my case were denied, even with additional and updated vet notes.

Gives me peace of mind.
Great company to work with. Easy to submit claims and payment is quick. They were there when one of my dogs was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease and my other dog needed surgery for a benign tumor on her muzzle. Having excellent insurance gives me peace of mind. I tell everybody that has pets to get petsbest. Best decision ever.

Great experience, they process paperwork quickly, and provide reimbursement quickly. I have recommended Pets Best to friends!
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
