This is the best insurance I've ever…

This is the best insurance I've ever had. Reimbursements are quick and easy. I've had a few insurance policies on my pets but this is the only one I've gotten something back on their vet visits.

Processed quickly

Every claim submitted has been processed very quickly and within a few days of submission and decision, I receive a check. My veterinarian files the claim for me and it's within two weeks, I receive a status email.

Surprised how easy

I was surprised at how easy it was to file my first claim! I got a response with explanation quickly and was notified when and how much I would receive. So Far I am glad I decided on Pets Best.

Processed quickly and as expected

My claims were processed quickly; they were the amount I expected and they were deposited to my checking account. Any questions I had were answered quickly. All of this was appreciated since my dog passed away and this was a very difficult process for me. Thank you.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
