My claim was processed SO FAST.
My claim was processed SO FAST. I was a bit unclear as to how the math worked but I called in and was told that the co-pay I owed was on the entire bill as submitted, not on the net amount after taking off the deductible. That made sense and it's all very clear now.

Best Prices Coverage and easy to navigate claim process
Offering the best coverage for the price-I compared all companies. When I needed to file claims the online process was very easy to use and customer service responded quickly via email to let me know the status of my claims. Claims paid quickly and you can have a check cut or direct deposit.
The only thing I wish they had was the option to have your claim payment put towards your premium. That would then make it even better!!

very efficient and timely.
very efficient and timely system for processing claims. I was surprised at the short time it took to process the claim and transfer the claim check into my account.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
