Never had any problems with claims.

Every time I send my claims for my 2 pets, I've never had any problem with my claims whatsoever. Sending a claim is so easy. Pets Best instantly send a confirmation of receipt. Claim is paid in a week, most of the time. I have been referring Pets Best to my friends and family. It's so nice to have this insurance for our little pets. Thank you, Pets Best!

They do a great job!

I came home from work and my dog somehow cut a huge gash in his front leg about 6 inches long. Took him to the ER vet for surgery on a Monday night. Pets Best reimbursement my claim and money was back in my account by Friday with no questions asked. They do a great job!

Completely satisfied with the claim process.

No complaints with claim process.

My experience with the claim processing with Pets Best was very positive. It was an easy process to submit the claim and the turnaround time for completion was very short. There are no complaints with the overall process.

Easiest claims process ever.

This was one of the easiest claims processes I've ever encountered. It only took about 3 days and I did everything from my phone. Uploaded the receipt, answered any questions...it was very simple. Thanks Pets Best for making it easy.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
