Everything was great.
Everything was great except for the amount. I did not understand why the claim amount was lower than what I had thought it should be & no explanation of why there was a cap on that service.

Pets Best paid for every visit.
My cat Oliver had been having GI issues on and off for about a year. On 9/20/18, my vet did an ultrasound and saw 2 masses in his intestines. I decided to allow him to do surgery to see if they can be removed and sent for biopsy. A few days after surgery, his biopsy came back - intestinal lymphoma. I decided to see if he could receive chemo treatment and met with the oncology vet the next day. He felt Oliver would respond well to the CHOP protocol, so I decided to give it a try. Oliver has been doing excellent since his surgery and starting chemo. Pets Best has paid for every vet visit since then and Oliver and I have been so grateful. Without Pets Best's help, I would be up nights worrying about the vet bills for Oliver's cancer treatment. But I have a peace of mind knowing I can help my orange guy and have financial support from Pets Best. Thank you so much.

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
