Quick response to my claims

My Chloe went to the Vet for an annual exam plus had other issues to resolve. I submitted it the claim and received a response within a couple of days. Thank you for the quick response to my claim.

Terrible claims handling...they only look to deny coverage

I filed two claims for two separate incidents and both were denied. I provided all supporting documention and letters from my vet showing pre existing conditions were not present at the inception of the policy and waiting period and the claim still denied. They do not follow their own policy guidelines and i will be filing a bad faith claim against them to recover the policy benefits I’m entitled to. This company does not seek to indemnify...they look for any reason to deny coverage. This is the antithesis of what an insurance company is here to do.

Cat Cancer at 15 years

My beloved cat of 15 years. Two vets, blood tests etc. Animal cancer clinic for a complete work up. Pet's Best paid all the bills without question. I loved my cat of 15 years and because of Pets Best I was able to have all the tests done at the animal cancer clinic, in addition to seeing 2 vets. I can't imagine how I would have felt if I had her euthanized without having everything possibly done to be sure she could not be cured. I now have my dog insured because of the way Pet's Best took care of me.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
