Horrible customer service
I recently added my 12 wk old puppy to our existing acct but I ended up cancelling it within the wait period. I called customer service to inquire about his membership and kinda mentioned that my very young puppy is scratching. I was suspecting fleas but Erika diagnosed him already with a pre existing condition of itching or allergy and any claim related to that will not be approved. I called your vet on call and complained about that stupid Erika and even the vet said shes wrong and not in any position to diagnosed a pet. I complained to a manager Gina about this feeling Vet Erika and cancelled my Yorkies pending membership. Ignorant and dull customer service reps like Erika shld be fired or you’ll lose more clients!!!!!
