Top Notch Experience from Claims to Customer Service
I have the Pets Best "Best Wellness and Wellness" Plans. I had my 6 month old chihuahua spayed on Monday, 10/29/18. On Friday, 11-2-18, I got on my convenient Pets Best app which allows you to snap a pic of your invoice and upload it along with your claim. I did just that and it was super easy and so convenient! I love this app and how easy it is to navigate and submit claims or questions as well as gives you real time updates on the status of your claim(s). I got a confirmation of receipt the same day. The next Tuesday, on 11/6/18, I received an email stating the claim was processed and payment was already being electronically sent to my bank account! WOW! Talk about super fast....within 2 working days my claim was resolved! You can't beat that. Thank you for being so prompt in everything and for making the claims and reimbursement process so effortless.
I am so pleased with Pets Best claims and customer service. My experiences so far have been excellent and I can't say enough about it. I highly recommend Pets Best to anyone who is really considering pet insurance.
