Claims are quick and easy to understand

I have two puppies and both are on Wellness Plans and Insurance Plans. So, I've been submitting a lot of claims lately with vaccines and spays and all the puppy stuff. The process is quick and easy to understand. I'm completely happy with my decision to go with Pets Best. I always tell my friends to get on it!

Our vet submitted our claim and the process was very smooth

Our Golden Retriever puppy had a "dietary indiscretion", she ingested the head of a razor. Our vet submitted our claim for us and within the week, we had a deposit in our checking account. The explanation of benefits was easy to read and understand. The process was VERY smooth, and all is right with our puppy.

PetsBest coverage is amazing

I don't take surveys or leave reviews at all but I've had PetsBest for a while now and it just auto debits my account, take my dog to the vet, pay the bill, submit, done. There's never any questions asked, I pay the deductible and that's that, the coverage works amazing and I am proud to say I am a pets best customer for life, I appreciate everything you guys have done for me. Anytime I've had questions or needed help and called in I've always been helped by someone who completely knew what they were doing and talking about. I thank you pets best!

Extremely easy to file a claim

Extremely easy to file a claim for my dog's most recent vet visit. I was able to upload my bill via the app and submit the claim in just a few minutes.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
