I have submitted 4 claims and they all have been processed within 2 to 3 days. Outstanding!!! Plus, reimbursement is direct deposited into to my bank acct.

Thank you Pets Best for giving us time
Our beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog, Fiescher, left us at 2 1/2. Without Pets Best it would have been nine months sooner. What did that nine months bring? Swimming at the lake all summer, ball chasing, wrestling with his brother, brining joy and happiness to all the people he met, and of course loving us unconditionally. He never knew he was sick. Thank you Pets Best for giving us that irreplaceable time.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
