Pets Best responds quickly

Our puppy suffered a tibia fracture and from treatment #1, Pets Best have responded quickly. Luna needed surgery , the bill for that was $2400 and Pets Best paid $2100 so we didn't need to worry about finances but focus our attention our loved Luna! Thank you, Pets Best!!

Better than another Pet insurance company

Normally, my claims are handled quickly and to my satisfaction. I have a dog that is ill and I have to had to put several claims and it has worked out well. Much better the another Pet insurance I had for another dog.

I have had Pets Best for over 9 years and it continues to be the platinum of any pet insurance! I am probably your best advertisement since I brag about you to all of my friends and recommend it to everyone including the staff at my vet's office.

Pleasantly surprised with quick payment

I had to file the claim twice so I expected the to payment to be delayed. I was pleasantly surprised to receive payment within a few days.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
