Have been with Pets Best Pet Health Insurance since 2007 and have never been disappointed. Customer service is great and reimbursement is pretty quick especially with on-going care and prescription refills.

Pets Best Pet Health Insurance can best be explained as a sigh of relief for pet owners. I can always rely on their 24/7 vet communication line for questions regarding my pet's health and they are quick to reimburse any payments I needed to make! My bulldog needed a surgery to remove a growth that could have been dangerous to her health. I was extremely stressed about the possibility of the outcome, especially because the procedure required anesthesia, but I knew one thing I didn't have to worry about was the cost of the surgery. Pets Best reimbursed me quickly and appropriately! Pets Best is the best decision I made when I welcomed my little bulldog puppy into my home!

In Feb of 2017 I lost a dog to pulmonary hypertension causing us to really decide what was best for her care based on money. That was the last day any of my pets were without insurance. A $5K surgery they reimbursed in 4 days. And all others in less than 48 hours. The last 2 claims they reimbursed the next day (less than 24 hours). I have called in only a couple times to confirm coverage and the person on the other end is kind and sympathetic and very informative. I HIGHLY recommend PetsBest! If you do your homework properly, you will see that there is no better coverage than the options PetsBest gives you. I am a lifetime client and happy that I found them!
