When the unthinkable happens
On the day that our 3 day waiting period was up and accident coverage began, our puppy was attacked by a dog. She sustained life-threatening injuries that were very expensive to treat.
Pets Best stepped up. Our puppy is alive and well thanks to Pets Best. Through the entire process, each person I spoke with at Pets Best expressed their concern for the health of my puppy. I'm so happy, I even added coverage for my cat.

This is the best insurance I've ever…
This is the best insurance I've ever had. Reimbursements are quick and easy. I've had a few insurance policies on my pets but this is the only one I've gotten something back on their vet visits.

I have had Pets Best Pet Health Insurance for almost 18 years and have been very pleased with the service I have gotten, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
