Pets Best is fantastic. Taking care of and English Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Cat and an Amazon Parrot can be financially stressful. Pets Best is a God send. Thank you.

The easiest, no hassle process ever! Bean & Lucy needed their shots and flea treatment. I took them to the vet, submitted the invoices/receipt and received payment within a few short days!

This claim was a routine claim for a long term issue my dog has where she needs to take medication for. I never have any issues with any claims with Pets Best and have even suggested your company to my vet when someone asks about pet insurance.

I've been lucky and have not had much of a chance to use it. Thanks goodness but they cover some of the annual shots which is good.

I have paid 4 months for insurance and…

I have paid 4 months for insurance and when I placed a claim they declined the claim stating my dog had a preexsisting condition. My dog was never diagnosed with any condition. Also I just happen to meet my deductable. If I have to appeal every decision Im not interested in doing business with a company that spends more time trying not to pay then helping its clients.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
