Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

Took a month to resolve a simple ER visit for a suspected ingestion of a toxic substance. I had to go back to the clinic 2 times for more “info”. Wasn’t reimbursed for anything as it was all applied to the deductible. Any money you save on claims will be gobbled up by Pets Best. A complete ripoff.

Easy process & company to deal with. Hardest part is getting your vet to send over everything they need. Definitely will recommend!

Pets Best is great! We (unfortunately) have needed them quite a bit this past year and they have always been quick and professional in handling our claims. Submitting claims is easy and seamless, which you need, when you have other things like a sick dog to worry about!
