Paid fair
Claim form was super easy to fill out and upload the receipt. Claim was paid fair according to your policy and received payment within a couple of days. I'm very happy that I chose this pet insurance.

Keeps my pet healthy
I am able to keep my cute and sweet beagle healthy because I know when he needs medical care and help I can afford to pay on my credit card because I will be able to pay it off when I put in a claim with you.

You should not have a cap on vaccine reimbursement
you are so cheap in what you reimburse. There should be no limit on vaccines.

I been a customer of Pets Best for many years and absolutely love them. They have the quickest and simplest claim processing and EXCELLENT customer service. I recommend Pets Best and refer them every chance I get.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
