I always recommend Pets Best insurance!

I unfortunately have a dog that has developed cancer. This is a heart wrenching disease for pets and their owners as well as humans. Thankfully I was wise enough to get insurance on all my pets because I'm not sure I am strong enough to do what I need to help my pet AND make the financial decisions that need to be made. I'm thankful and blessed that Pets Best helps me make the best decisions for Duchess based on HER medical needs and not MY financial situation. Not one claim has even been questioned and you have been reimbursing within 1-2 days, so thank you. Anyone that will listen to me, I beg them to get insurance on their pets and I always recommend Pets Best insurance!

Best pet insurance ever

Loki ran into the stairs (instead of up) on Christmas Eve. Such a very scary moment finding him unresponsive on the stairs. I took him to the emergency vet without thinking twice, knowing we have the best pet insurance ever. He suffered head and spine trauma, but he will be okay. Thank you Pets Best!

Process was very quick and easy

Process was very easy and quick. Once all the documents were uploaded I had a decision in 2 days. The money was paid quickly. I also received copies of all documents for my records.

The claims process is so simple

The claims process is so simple. I logged into my account with my phone, took pictures of the invoice from my vet and submitted. 3 days later I received a check in the mail. Best experience I've had with an insurance company!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
