This is the best pet insurance on the market!

My dog has a liver problem and Pets Best Insurance took care of his surgeries, medications and follow-ups. I was COMPLETELY ASTONISHED at how much they covered and the auto deposit made it so easy to get the money back fast!!!!! It was approx $4,000.00!!!! Couldn't ask for anything better!!!

Great service throughout the whole process. Didn't have to be involved in anything as the Vet submitted the claim and all questions were handled between Pets Best and the Vet while Pets Best kept me informed at each stage of the claim through emails. Thank you so much!!!

Happy with claims process

I am very happy with the complete claims process. Filing claims is very very easy. Select the date, upload the invoice. No duplicating details from the invoice. If there isn't enough evidence, Pets Best automatically contacts the vet rather than bugging me for more information. The EOB is detailed and in a simple language. More often than not my claim is processed in two or less days. Keep up the good work!

I can always count on Pets Best for their excellent customer service and their compassion. It is a fine company and I am happy I discovered them when I was shopping for pet insurance!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
